Prepared using chunky cubes of beautiful Swordfish and coated in our Herbilicious marinade, these kebabs are packed with flavour whilst allowing the quality of the fish to shine through.

The combination of herbs, garlic, sweet pepper and olive oil works perfectly with Swordfish’s firm, meaty texture. Unlike more delicate fish, Swordfish happily stands up to the heat of the barbecue, developing wonderful colour whilst remaining succulent and juicy inside.

These are proper kebabs. Big chunks of fabulous fish, generous flavour and a real centrepiece on the grill.

Whether you’re feeding a crowd or treating yourself to something special, Swordfish always feels a little bit indulgent.

Serve with roasted vegetables, couscous, salads or simply enjoy straight from the skewer.

Swordfish are one of the fastest predators in the ocean and can reach speeds of over 60mph when hunting.

Their famous ‘sword’ isn’t used for spearing prey as many people believe. Instead, they use it to slash through shoals of fish, stunning their food before circling back to eat it.

One of the sea’s great hunters and one of the barbecue’s great performers.

Cook over a medium-high barbecue for around 4-5 minutes, turning regularly to ensure an even cook. For best results, place the kebabs on a small sheet of foil with a raised edge to catch all the delicious juices released during cooking.

Also fantastic cooked under the grill or in a hot oven.
