‘Signature Platters’ - The Fish Shop Favourite

Since our very first Christmas back in 2014, our seafood platters have become one of our most loved offerings, perfect for any occasion, from dinner parties to 'just because'.

Freshly prepared on the morning of collection, they can be kept refrigerated for up to two days. While we can sometimes make them while you wait, it’s always best to order at least a couple of days in advance, especially around weekends or busy holiday periods

Our Signature Platter is a true crowd-pleaser and remains our most popular choice. Available for 2 to 10 people, it includes, mini dressed crabs, chunks of honey roast salmon, rolls of Severn & Wye smoked salmon, boneless smoked mackerel, cooked peeled prawns, crayfish tails, cooked crevettes and our homemade salmon and mackerel pâtés

Each platter is garnished with lemon wedges and parsley, and presented on a lidded tray ready to serve.

Poached Salmon - A True Classic

Our poached sides of salmon are fully skinned and boned, beautifully presented, and garnished with cucumber, prawns and fresh parsley. They’re prepared fresh to order and ready to serve, making them perfect for summer entertaining and an absolute classic for Boxing Day.

Each side serves 6–8 as a main course or 16–20 as part of a buffet. Just add a bowl of buttered baby new potatoes, a spoonful of really good mayonnaise, and maybe a simple green salad and you’ve got a timeless showpiece with very little effort.

‘Lobster Platter’ — The Ultimate Indulgence

For something truly special, our Lobster Platter is a show-stopper. Available for two or more people, each serving includes half a Cornish lobster, mini dressed crab, chunk of roasted salmon, roll of Severn & Wye smoked salmon, cooked peeled prawns, crayfish tails, cooked crevettes

Beautifully finished with lemon wedges and parsley, and presented on a lidded platter — it’s the perfect centrepiece for celebrations, date nights, or just when you want to spoil someone (or yourself)
