Our deliciously 'crabby' crab cakes are perfect as a starter - serve one or 2 per person, depending on how hungry you are

Serve on a bed of rocket and drizzle with either a little sweet chilli sauce or some balsamic glaze

Pop in a pre-heated oven at 180'c for 20 minutes. Ideal for freezing and can be cooked straight from the freezer, just add an extra 12 mins to the cooking time.
