#TeamFish love chorizo, and luckily it works beautifully with fish & shellfish. Our Hale fillets with chorizo crumb are becoming one of our customers' favourites. If, due to fishing conditions, there is no hake available on the day, we may have to switch to lovely cod or haddock - they will still be utterly delicious, we promise!

We take a healthy portion of our spectacular Cornish Hake, brush it with a little mayonnaise (this allows the crumb blend to adhere to the fish), then add our spicy chorizo, panko crumb mix

We've added a little smoked paprika to lift the flavour even more, but there's no salt - so if you like it a little saltier, sprinkle away
