As your oven is already on, why not par boil, then roast some baby new potatoes, with hunks of crushed garlic, rosemary & lemon thyme, drizzled with a little olive oil... they'll take the same time as your fish. Delicious with samphire, but you can also serve with asparagus, broccoli or your veg of choice
